Kelly A. Dobens
Shortly before joining Small Business Benefit Solutions, LLC, Kelly worked for United Healthcare’s Oxford division for nearly ten years, holding several positions including member claims, provider billing, business/broker services and small group sales. Prior to that, she worked for a third party health insurance administrator underwriting, processing and paying medical claims. Kelly has worked in nearly every major discipline in the medical insurance field despite holding two bachelor’s degrees in Broadcast Journalism and Political Science from Arizona State University. While she’s a native to New Hampshire, Kelly worked in television news in Phoenix, AZ and traveled extensively while serving as a Korean linguist in the US Army. Kelly aspires to hold political office, and in her spare time has been taking law classes in preparation for her campaign. |

Terry Smith
Terry worked in the health insurance industry for more than sixteen years prior to starting Small Business Benefit Solutions, LLC. From benefits, billing and customer service to large group account management and individual sales, Terry expanded her experiences, and list of job titles at Oxford Health Plans and United Healthcare, by volunteering for new projects, accepting lateral moves to different departments and creating projects that solved everyday problems. She started her professional career in the banking industry and has a keen understanding of payroll and money management. Terry’s problem solving skills made her invaluable to her employers and, ultimately led to her starting her own business when she could no longer effectively solve her client’s problems in an inflexible corporate environment. Terry is a first generation American, born in New Hampshire to British parents and is member of the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers Association. |
